Online Conversation with Randy Wolgemuth and John Robertson

CBMC would like to invite you to an online conversation on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020 at 12:00 pm (EST) between our National Director, Randy Wolgemuth and John Robertson.

John Robertson has a common-sense approach to thriving through crisis and change, which is anchored in strengthening people and organizations’ natural resilience. Focusing on more than transfer of information, he champions transformation practices that make complete sense – these get expressed in life, at home as well as psychological health and safety in the workplace. John strengthens leadership, frontline personnel, and families before, during, and after a critical event or significant change. Leveraging a tactical approach supported through speaking, training, equipping, and coaching.

He has over 30 years of crisis intervention training and experience with numerous workplaces, families, first responders, communities, and has served on international trauma and crisis boards. John has numerous certifications in trauma treatment, psychological health and safety, coaching, and holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Queens University in Kingston, ON.

We will be talking about real life experiences that we all face about business owners who are trying to grow their business, or just keep it from going broke. How does the business owner honour his/her employees and at the same time deal with the economic and emotional realities of the Covid-19 pandemic?

What about the support of the leader? What about the emotional impact on leadership? Who cares for them?

This interactive discussion is an opportunity to look at life as we know it in spite of these storms. This is real practical discussions that will provide ideas, lessons, and potentially a forum to hear what others might be doing that would be beneficial. We want to support your leadership!

Leadership is not some solo sport, but there is a loneliness that comes to a leader when tough decisions get made. You are not alone, CBMC will be here to serve.

Please join us by emailing us at info@cbmc.ca and we will send you a link to the zoom meeting prior to the event.

Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you!
